Purpose of the role
Over the past two years, HR has significantly evolved at Indicia Worldwide from being purely transactional to a true value-add function, acting as internal advisors and partnering with the business to think strategically in everything relating to our people, becoming the “People & Capability” team.
Currently the team is led by the Global Head of People & Capability (P&C) who looks after a global team and who manages a team of 4 senior leaders: a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, Head of Global People Operations & Payroll, and 2 Senior People Partners. There is a number of highly talented individuals spread across the team in various locations globally.

As Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with the Global TA team, wider HR team, and stakeholders on all recruitment needs to optimize the candidate journey, ensuring they receive a great recruitment experience at every touch point and a smooth, timely, and cost-effective recruitment and selection process is delivered.
- Source and shortlist technical/IT and non-technical candidates by using databases, social media, and any other niche platforms
- Ensure the job descriptions are accurate, all job adverts and descriptions are advertised in a timely manner and are up to date
- Coordinate interview set-up, including finalising the schedule, calling candidates, sending invites, and liaising with hiring managers to ensure that all paperwork is sent prior to the interview
- Manage the recruitment administration and screening processes
- Promote best practices throughout the recruitment process, actively seek candidate feedback to improve the candidate experience
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates at all stages of the recruitment process, in particular to those who have attended the interview
- Contact the new hires and liaise with internal stakeholders to prepare for onboarding, and gather paperwork to ensure legislation requirements are met
- Record all recruitment paperwork, candidate information, interview and assessment questions, panel notes, etc., and ensure copies are saved in the ATS or Recruitment server
- Perform salary benchmarking analysis
- To research new sources for attracting active and passive candidates using a variety of different platforms
- To advise hiring managers on interviewing and selection techniques and provide support during interviewing and selection process
- To make recommendations for ways to improve the Company’s employer brand, thus promoting the business as a world-class employer
- Contribute to the development and successful delivery of ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects and initiatives
- To be a visible and approachable support service to managers and employees.
- To take responsibility for personal growth and development and ensure that professional knowledge is up to date.
Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure
- Fresher - 2 years of experience
- Passionate about global recruitment
- Solid knowledge of recruitment practices and processes
- Ability to communicate in English effectively verbally and in writing
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Structured approach, analytical mindset
- A keen networker with a proven ability to headhunt and attract talent

Role Requirements
Whilst the contracted hours for the role are 9.00am to 6.00pm IST, Mon – Fri, the global nature of the business requires that some meetings and engagements will happen outside of these hours.
The hybrid work model applies to this role which requires to come to the office in Malad West - Mumbai, whenever needed.You will be expected to perform in a flexible environment but ensuring delivery.
