Purpose of the role
Over the past two years, HR has significantly evolved at Indicia Worldwide from being purely transactional to a true value-add function, acting as internal advisors and partnering with the business to think strategically in everything relating to our people, becoming the “People & Capability” team.
Currently the team is led by the Global Head of People & Capability (P&C) who looks after a global team and who manages a team of 4 senior leaders: a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, Head of Global People Operations & Payroll, and 2 Senior People Partners. There is a number of highly talented individuals spread across the team in various locations globally.

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will build trusted partnership and provide expertise to internal stakeholders in identifying, attracting, and hiring talent across various disciplines in Technology, Digital and Data, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR in the APAC region.
Recruitment and Resourcing
- Partnering with hiring managers, senior leads, and the global Talent Acquisition team to create talent attraction strategies and build a talent pipeline in line with current and future business needs
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process from talent sourcing, talent attraction, and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved
- Effectively utilizing all sources available and maximizing opportunities for passive candidate attraction and engagement
- Always on the lookout for creative, innovative, and cost-effective sourcing channels and techniques to attract top talent to Indicia Worldwide
- Implementing and executing candidate engagement initiatives
- Acting as a first point of contact and talent ambassador for Indicia Worldwide internally and externally
- Maintaining timely and accurate information on our internal systems
- Involvement in ad hoc projects as required and agreed with the line manager
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, sharing insights with the business stakeholders
Stakeholder and Candidate management
- Working with stakeholders and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. This includes taking initial briefs on the role, advising, and guiding on best practices, challenging and influencing if needed and updating on progress throughout the process
- Ensuring all candidates receive a positive recruitment experience with Indicia Worldwide, regardless of the outcome
- Providing in-depth and constructive feedback to candidates, both negative and positive
- Adapting to the different cultures and standard practices across all regions
- Partnering closely with the business stakeholders to understand their requirements and business objectives, offering innovative recruitment solutions
Employer Brand / Social
- Actively contributing ideas to talent-related content of Indicia Worldwide’s social media channels
- Consistently promoting and highlighting the Indicia Worldwide social channels to candidates and current employees
Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in recruiting/resourcing in a fast-paced environment across multiple departments, specialisms, and regions
- Proven experience in successfully sourcing and recruiting high-caliber talent internationally is preferably
- Proven ability to build strong professional relationships and trust with business leads, hiring teams and candidates at all levels
- Passionate about creative sourcing techniques
- Solid knowledge of recruitment practices and processes
- Ability to communicate in English effectively verbally and in writing
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Structured approach, analytical mindset
Mindset to navigate the role
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will have a strong ability to understand and translate business needs into sourcing and recruitment action plans. You will demonstrate an ability to juggle multiple priorities, ensuring that stakeholder expectations and individual/team targets are met/exceeded. You’ll be able to identify challenges with ease and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You will be a clear thinker, highly persistent, and diligent, with excellent attention to detail.

Role Requirements
Whilst the contracted hours for the role are 9.00am to 6.00pm IST, Mon – Fri, the global nature of the business requires that some meetings and engagements will happen outside of these hours.
The hybrid work model applies to this role which requires to come to the office in Malad West - Mumbai, whenever needed.You will be expected to perform in a flexible environment but ensuring delivery.
