Purpose of the role
The Production Manager will oversee and manage production briefs received from clients, ensuring they are executed by our suppliers efficiently and to the highest standards. This role includes managing POS projects and campaigns from start to finish in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all tasks meet key milestones and the highest standards. They will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advising on best-in-class, innovative, and sustainable solutions, and engaging in active client meetings to ensure alignment. The Production Manager will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in our production practices. Print procurement experience across 2D and 3D POS is essential for this role, which is crucial in ensuring smooth production processes, high-quality output, and client satisfaction within the UK market.

The Production Manager will manage a range of 2D and 3D production projects, which includes the following tasks:
- Manage POS projects/campaigns ensuring timely and high-standard completion.
- Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver marketing materials on time and to specifications, adhering to SLAs and contractual agreements.
- Provide technical input and advice on print projects as needed.
- Take comprehensive briefs from clients and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Create detailed specifications for internal and external clients.
- Work as a team to meet contractual obligations, prepare presentations, and complete account administration and reporting.
- Collaboration with our suppliers to ensure the best service standards.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Support in operational information processes and Reporting.
- Accountable for Compliance
- Negotiate costings and timescales for each job and select the most appropriate supplier
Location: Onsite at client office (High Wycombe) 1-2 days per week, working from home 3-4 days per week
Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure
- The Production Manager will likely have 2- 3 years of print / POS production and general operational print experience.
- Relevant project management or supplier liaison and sourcing experience will be also considered positively.
- Experience in POS project management; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, organisational, and technical skills in print processes.
- Previous experience working in print/ print management/ print buying/ marketing print procurement essential
- Has a high level of print, 2D and 3D POS knowledge with a detailed understanding of different techniques
- Experience in a client-facing role is essential with the ability to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations

Role Requirements
Onsite at client office (High Wycombe) 1-2 day per week, working from home 3-4 days per week
Given the project-based nature of the role, you should expect that some days you will have to work outside of the contracted hours of 9.00 am to 5:30 pm, Mon – Fri. However, you will be able to recover that time in other moments, so we strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance for our employees.
