Creative Artworker
We are looking for a Creative Artworker to be responsible for the design application and production of marketing campaigns and retailer communications for global brands.
What you'll do:
We are looking for a Creative Artworker to be responsible for the design application and production of marketing campaigns and retailer communications for global brands, from straightforward design to artwork origination and amendments, plus adaptation and versioning of existing signed-off designs.
• To create, prepare and edit print-ready artwork files across a range of media, including POS (all types of advertising displays), general print assets (brochures, flyers, etc), and digital assets (static + animated) and social media assets.
• To ensure the integrity of the original concept and brief.
• To understand and work within brand and corporate guidelines.
• To understand the company’s quality control process and systems, employing a methodical approach.
• To produce retouching of images and photography to a good level.
• To complete all personal administration, including timesheets, accurately and promptly.
• To provide the business with the best value by estimating and managing time accurately, ensuring that Projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
What you'll bring:
- Considerable experience as a design and production-focused artworker.
• In-depth expertise of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator expert level is a MUST).
• High understanding of print ready files, die-cuts, color/ink management and 3D vision
• Pre-flight and proofing background.
• Photoshop and image retouching skills.
• Extensive experience in loyally and accurately applying a design concept across a range of different
media and formats with automated artwork production and templates.
• Motion graphics and 3D modeling medium/high skills required. Figma or Adobe XD knowledge is a plus.
• Agency, production agency or direct client experience preferred.
• Familiarity with both agency and wider marketing technology systems such as DAM, ad delivery
platforms, approval/sign off tools, and collaborative and production workflows.
• Understanding of color management.
• Ability to troubleshoot, resolve problems and on own initiative.
• Ability to build relationships and to communicate effectively.
• Service-driven.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and Spanish
• Creative design background is an advantage
