Senior Creative Production Manager - London
The Creative Production Team is a community which delivers all of our clients creative production requirements to the highest of standards, formed by a multicultural team of creative experts.
Location: London – Hybrid role with weekly travel to client offices. We are only considering candidates based in London who have the right to work in the UK.
Purpose of the role
- Vision: The Senior Production/Account Manager implements the Indicia Worldwide strategy and takes full responsibility for seamless production and campaign delivery, to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.

Within this role, you will have a hybrid function between production and account manager. You will work with your assigned client base on multiple pieces of activity to develop strategy, taking responsibility for seamless production and campaign delivery. You will be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the client relationship, identifying growth opportunities and continuous improvement.
You will be competent in expressing the whole Indicia proposition and will work with our on site studio, local agency team and external media suppliers on asset adaptation and creative campaigns. You will have accountability for the accuracy, quality, timeliness and profitability of multiple campaigns and projects by managing the briefing, scheduling and delivery process on behalf of the client. You be expected to identify opportunities for growth and share with our client services team, for them to develop further.
Key Responsabilities:
Production/Campaign Management
- Be comfortable questioning a client brief to ensure you can clearly communicate the requirements to the production teams.
- Hold discussions with your clients about their brief requirements and add your thoughts, insights and knowledge to help define their brief.
- Keep all projects under tight control by proactively checking the on site studio progress and correctly managing the prioritisation of the tasks
- Check the artwork before they reach the client to verify that the brief matches the result
- Follow up on the projects to ensure that deadlines are achieved and assets are delivered to the external suppliers on time.
- Ensure that all projects are correctly included in the internal system, including the accurate data to be able to provide the necessary reporting to the business and the client.
- Coordinate deliveries and production deadlines between our in-house production team (studio or agency) and external media suppliers such as printers, media agencies, etc.
Relationship Management – Client Relations
- Take the lead in overseeing day-to-day client interaction and briefings whilst taking the time to understand your client’s business and key challenges
- Maintaining regular client contact with key clients to build awareness of delivery and account status.
- Proactively manage client expectations by providing regular activity updates, advice and recommendations to enhance delivery and campaign performance.
Strategic Thinking in the Retail and Marketing Space
- Create a collaborative environment and stimulate discussion on upcoming projects and requirements.
- Confidently demonstrate your knowledge as a subject matter expert and are happy to field questions and find solutions.
Customer Focus
- Participate in client meetings contributing to the evolution of the client’s marketing strategy and requirements
- Encourage client adoption of key process initiatives.
Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure
- Significant proven experience in Production/Account Management.
- Industry related education and qualification is required.
- Relevant experience in the marketing/client management industry, including Media, Retail, FMCG and/or beverage.
- Relevant experience in an Agency environment would be beneficial.
- Full understanding of the entire end-to-end marketing process, from client strategic requirements to delivering cross-channels.
- Experience in managing content adaptation across different asset types and will specialize in more than production media space (print, digital, video etc) with an understanding of the others.
- Understanding of the concept of transforming creativity into reality, delivering meaningful, sustainable content across the globe that drives engagement, loyalty and ROI for the world’s leading brands.
- Technical knowledge of creative asset adaptation, print, production techniques, materials, and finishing.
- Understand technical details, materials and specs.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools and Pre-press is an advantage.
- Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

Role Requirements
- You will be required to work on-site with the client at least a couple of days per week (number and specific days to be defined)
- You will be expected to perform in a flexible environment while ensuring delivery. In exceptional circumstances, overtime may be required to match client or internal deadlines.
- Whilst the contracted hours for the role are 9.00am to 5:30pm, Mon – Fri, the global nature of the business requires that some meetings and engagements will happen outside of these hours.
