Digital Account Director (Paid Media experience needed) - Initial 12 month FTC
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Digital Account Director to support the Head of Paid Media and help lead the Paid Media team in delivering exceptional performance for a global client.

What you'll do:
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Digital Account Director to support the Head of Paid Media and help lead the Paid Media team in delivering exceptional performance for a global client. This role focuses on operational excellence, campaign management, and team leadership while contributing to the strategic development and growth of Paid Media capabilities.
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign goals and performance.
- Oversee the planning, activation, and optimization of Paid Media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and emerging channels (e.g., DOOH, CTV, and Audio).
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Data & Tech teams to integrate advanced analytics and ensure accurate reporting and attribution.
- Support the Head of Paid Media in managing and mentoring the Paid Media team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Assist in managing Paid Media budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and profitability across campaigns.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in Paid Media campaign management, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization strategies and digital performance metrics.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
