Purpose of the role
As financial analyst, you will be responsible for:
- compilation and consolidation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP); working independently to manage expense planning and coordination with relevant teams and functions.
- Analyse and monitor costs Vs. Budget/ Forecast/ previous year (excluding staff costs) function wise and market wise and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Prepare monthly forecasts and compare them against budgets, identifying variances and actionable insights.
- Review monthly results against budgets, forecasts, and prior years, preparing detailed commentary to explain variances.
- Develop compelling decks and reports for board meetings and executive leadership discussions.
- Support additional projets and tasks as assigned by the manager, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
You’ll interact cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, executive leadership, client partners, and finance leaders across APAC, gaining valuable exposure and expanding your expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of experience
- MBA or Cost Accountant (ICWA) with 3-5 years of experience
- Advanced Excel (macros, VBAs, etc) and PowerPoint, must be able to build financial models, perform sensitivity and scenario planning, build reporting tools and templates to manage all reporting requirements and present analysis and findings at various management meetings

Role Requirements
- Whilst the contracted hours for the role are 9.00am to 6.00pm IST, Mon – Fri, the global nature of the business requires that some meetings and engagements will happen outside of these hours.
- The hybrid work model applies to this role which requires to come to the office in Malad West whenever needed.You will be expected to perform in a flexible environment but ensuring delivery.
