What you’ll do:
We are looking for a driven Account Director to act as the primary liaison between markets and HQ. This role involves building and leading a high-performing team based in our Spain/Poland office while servicing HQ and their local markets.
As a key strategic partner, you will oversee the successful implementation of eCRM strategies, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and drive business growth through excellence in client services, account management, and team leadership.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across all levels, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs, resolving issues promptly and collaboratively.
- Act as a mentor and uphold the company’s values, fostering strong relationships between your team and clients.
- Understand client objectives, market dynamics, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure sound financial management and profitability of the assigned account
- Deliver growth within the accounts for existing and new business and delivering increased profitability through a solid cost management
- Ensure reliability of the forecasting process, taking full ownership of the financial process and promoting accountability within the team
- Support the Business Director and Client Partner in the yearly budgeting process
- Win new business, writing proposals, building cost scenarios, producing case studies and attending pitches
What you'll bring:
- Significant background in Account Management, ideally coming with a Senior Account Manager background, and/or Account Management teams leadership experience gained in an agency environment
- Demonstrated high level of exposure to multisector and international environments and ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders of all sorts of cultures and backgrounds
- Experience within the FMCG/Tobacco industry is preferred
- Ideally background in CRM and digital marketing, with expertise in eCRM tools, Adobe platforms, and analytics.
- Good knowledge of digital analytics and associated tools
- Full understanding of entire end-to-end digital marketing process from client strategic requirement to delivery cross-channels.
- A foundational understanding of key concepts, statistics, machine learning, databases, APIs.
- Proven ability to delegate and oversee multiple projects ensuring consistent delivery on time and budget

This role can be based on a hybrid basis from our Madrid or Warsaw office.
The Account Director will be expected to spend a significant amount of their time on client interactions, with a preference to have them face to face, meaning that travel could be expected within the regional scope. Attendance to internal business meetings may result as well in travelling internationally.
