What you’ll do:
This is the perfect opportunity for a current Senior Account Manager or an Account Manager looking for a step up to work in a fast growing agency with access to some of the world's leading brands.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will develop strategy and deliver seamless marketing campaigns for one of our global clients, Nissan.
- Managing internal forecasting and taking responsibility for the commercial aspect of the client relationship, ensuring targets are achieved
- Identifying opportunities to increase account profitability
- Ensuring that all administrative account requirements are met (ensuring the production of accurate and timely financial forecasts, reconciliation reports, quotes, schedules and invoices)
- Supporting wider departments in developing campaign strategy
- Mentoring junior members of the team
- Primarily working across a programme of CRM (email/SMS), insight projects, reporting and dashboard development
- Building collaborative relationships with our clients and agency partners and reporting on status of projects across the teams
What you'll bring:
- Previous Account Management experience within an agency environment
- Multi sector experience – preferably proficient in strategic planning, CRM, insight development, data, media, creative, digital and brand
- Proven experience of managing client profitability targets and generating income
- Proven experience of developing and maintaining client relationships and inter-departmental working relationships
- Proven ability to delegate and oversee multiple projects ensuring consistent delivery on time and within budget

Role Requirements
This role can be based on a hybrid basis from our London or Bristol office.
Travel between our offices/to the client office near Watford will be required.
