The Director, Integrated Production Services APAC will play an active role in the enhancement of our strategic value proposition, outlining what we can offer in terms of marketing production, as well as lead the teams that are processing work across our different production categories. The role is uniquely designed to drive strategic thinking and operational excellence in our integrated production output, across more than 10+ markets in APAC.
Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure
A highly skilled and commercial marketing production practitioner, the Director, Integrated Production Services APAC will likely have over 10 years of experience in a professional marketing production capacity with proven expertise across Print, POS, Premium's, Creative Production and production related proprietary technology.
With a track record in managing teams across SEA markets and marketing production disciplines, she/he will be exceptional in defining, developing and activating marketing production capability that drives value for our clients.

The ability to evolve the current concept of central production to a strategic integrated production, ensuring continuity in the delivery of creative assets and physical materials whilst keeping up to date with industry and client’s requirements.

Role Requirements
The Director, Integrated Production Services APAC role will have certain demands that would need to be met:
- With 10+ markets served across APAC, there is a requirement to travel in order to be visible and accessible to teams and clients.
- Whilst the contracted hours for the role are 9.00am to 5:30pm, Mon – Fri, the nature of the business requires that some meetings and engagements may happen outside of these hours to accommodate different timezones or respond to business critical situations.
- There will be an expectation to combine remote work with face to face interaction, being an example of promoting the use of our great offices.
