The Client Partner – Strategic Transformation Lead role is a position that has the purpose to support planning, deployment and activation of the strategic transformation programmes for the clients across the globe, aligned with our business strategy. The incumbent will be taking ownership of all the global initiatives aimed to enable the activation of Indicia Worldwide’s propostion.
Supporting the EMEA Chief Client Officer and their direct reports by providing advise in managing the strategic aspects of the client, to ensure that the Indicia Worldwide proposition is aligned with the clients global expectations, contributing to a sustainable and renewed value contribution to the client.
The Client Partner – Strategic Transformation Lead role sits within the EMEA Client Services team and is responsible for the success of the Transformational Roadmap for the Client. A transformational role of significant strategic value across the internal and external business environment.
The mandate for which the incumbent must contribute towards is as follows:
Project Management
Define and lead a Project Plan, ensuring that all stakeholders are on board and with clear roles and responsibilities, deadlines and business relevant KPI’s and deliverables. Lead the Project team and keep the Project Sponsors up to date. Prepare Business cases to support investment and provide guidance for the Business leaders to activate decisions that support the overall success of the Project.
Data Feasibility
Ensure that Indicia Worldwide has full access to the required data from the client when required and that this data is available to the relevant teams for processing. Be accountable for a smooth and reliable transfer of information, facilitating solutions when data accuracy or data readiness/availability happen.
Retail X
Coordinate with the Data and Tech teams the analysis of the provided data, support in problem resolution and act as point of contact between internal teams and client. Ensure that the outcomes of the analysis are articulated commercialy for the client and support growth.
Technology
Work closely with the Technology team to assess how to develop, commercialize and ultimately bring to life our tech tools and services for the client. Prioritize based on commercial analysis what solutions to promote and ensure that client needs are clearly briefed and follow up with the development teams to ensure that Indicia Worldwide is matching the client expectations.
Enhancing our proposition bank
Support the development of our pitch propositions – supporting the Client Partners in tailoring to prospects needs and strategy to drive the strategic agenda for Retail X and Technology solutions for the client, by providing insights and coaching.
Factilitating the context
Develop relationships at global level, internal and external, to support the development and activation of Indicia Worldwide’s strategy for the client. Coach and Mentor the teams, providing support to define global objectives for the client and further action plans
Growth
Support business expansion into new markets with the client, with a special focus on upselling Indicia Worldwide’s Agency services and defining a clear revenue recognition methodology to be able to quantify the growth due to transformation. Support the different regional Client Partners in their specific growth initiatitives.
Sustainability
Ensure that we follow the clients global requirements on Sustainability and that those are included in the CS, Procurement and Sustainability teams agendas, as well as any other relevant function. Support the leadership in Sustainability and Procurement providing advise and guidance to prioritize and match clients expectations.
Performance/ROI
Define reliable Key Performance Indicators to measure Indicia Worldwide’s service performance and articulate ROI commercially to unlock further growth and client satisfaction.

They will be entrepreneurial and pioneering through creating the opportunity to further develop our relationship with the client and will be a link between the CS senior leadership and those opportunities.. They will also be able to keep a long term view and manage pressure of the client and leadership, driving a culture that empowers their team members and facilitates accountability.
The Strategic Transformation Lead is a people centred leader, capable of influencing and persuading stakeholders at all levels to join the journey. They will always find time to have meaningful interactions with the team and the client, quality time through 1:1’s with the relevant stakeholders and building a trustful relationship by providing and gathering feedback on a regular basis. They will proactively provide support the Client Services teams and will feel accountable for the development of their direct teams, if any.

Role Requirements
The Strategic Transformation Lead will be expected to spend a significant amount of their time on client interactions, with a preference to have them on a face to face, meaning that significant travel will be expected within the region. Attendance to potential internal business meetings may result as well in travelling internationally.
They will be expected to perform in a flexible environment but ensuring delivery. In exceptional circumstances, overtime may be required to match client or internal deadlines.
