Indicia Worldwide is the product of three successful businesses, brought together by our parent company Konica Minolta in 2017. The vision was, and is, to create new value across the remit of marketing for our clients.

What you’ll do:

The purpose of a Sustainability Project Manager is to oversee and manage sustainability projects within an organisation and business community as well as implementing sustainable practices that reduce the negative impact of the organization's internal and external activities on the environment and society while still meeting its business objectives.

• Supporting the implementation and delivery of sustainability strategies, goals, and metrics for both clients and the organisation
• Conducting sustainability assessments for clients to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address those areas
• Leading and supporting the implementation of sustainability programs and initiatives both internally and with clients on a multi-country scale
• Ensuring that the operations and activities are environmentally sustainable, and that the organisation complies with relevant environmental regulations.
• Supporting supply chain in being both sustainable and socially responsible, including the sourcing of raw materials and the management of suppliers
• Engaging with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers, to drive sustainability initiatives and communicate progress
• Supporting on developing and deliver sustainability training and awareness programs to educate employees on sustainable practices
• Ensuring stakeholders’ satisfaction through constant communication and other change management principles.
• Staying up-to-date on emerging sustainability trends and best practices
• Developing and maintaining a depth of knowledge of Indicia Worldwide’s capabilities, and continually expanding your expertise around market trends in marketing, procurement and general business. Showing a genuine interest in our clients’ businesses, challenges, markets and industries.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in a sustainability role
• Knowledge of sustainability trends, best practices, and regulations.
• Proven track record of delivering initiatives, within a multi-channel organisation, from conception through completion
• Proven project management expertise leading complex cross functional projects
• Marketing Services and Print Management experience is desirable
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet experience is desirable
