What you’ll do:

As part of the Finance Shared Service Centre team, this position will have the responsibilities of regional finance operations (Shared services). This challenging role will perform process-oriented tasks including, but not limited to invoicing, reconciliations, accounting, reporting activities of regional business, including India.

• Performing activities as per agreed processes:
• AP processing–Checking invoices, acceptance, posting
• Client Invoicing – AR invoices, credit notes, rebills
• Intercompany invoicing
• Cash allocations (remittance posting)
• Statement reconciliations – Clients, Suppliers
• Bank Reconciliation
• Addressing client and supplier queries
• Staff expense processing
• Investigating and resolution of client queries
• Supplier payments – Payment runs, AR AP matching etc
• General accounting / consolidation / prepayments
• Transactional MIS
• Accruals and provisions
• Monthly books closing activities

What you'll bring:

• 06 months to 1 year of experience , Commerce Graduate
• Analytical Mind
• Good in handling numbers
• Process oriented
• Microsoft Excel Knowledge (Well Versed with formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot, Concatenate etc.,)
• Accounting knowledge like Handling invoices, Accounts Receivables, Account Payable, Bank Reconciliation
