Team Lead - Production Manager (Benelux and DACH)

What you’ll do:

Lead team of production managers to execute RFQs to meet quality and efficiency KPI targets by providing them performance objectives, coaching and development feedback.

• Manage workload of the team to minimize backlog and secure smooth operations
• Act as escalation point for production process and as interface to Account Management organization

• Accountable for ensuring that the production team executes production activities in respective verticals and categories within defined SLAs with internal customers
• Provide high quality service to internal customers in response to system, email or telephone enquiries.
• Update procedures and guidelines relevant to his/ her department to cultivate best practices

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrated ability to deliver sourcing results in complex change management environment.
• Strong experience of leading production teams and of motivating and buildin bridges between stakeholders.
• Ability to motivate and lead production teams.

• Previous leadership experience (direct and indirect) required.
• Precise and target oriented executioner, good communicator and team player
  
• 5+ years of production experience required.
  
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in business, supply chain, engineering or similar.
  
• Fluent in English and one other European language required. Tri-lingual skills preferable.
• Experience with Promotional Items and Creative Production would be a plus.
