Summary:

We are currently looking for Graduate Production Executives to join our rapidly growing Production Center in Madrid, Spain.

The Production Center is a hub of excellence in graphic production that manages projects throughout Europe with the firm intention of adding value to our clients in each and every piece we produce.

Purpose of the role:

The Production Executive internship and mentoring program is designed to bring highly-motivated fresh grad professionals in our Production Center who are eager to learn, collaborate in the production processes of point of sale (POS) activation materials and grow and develop their career with us.

If you are passionate about graphic production and trade marketing services, want to learn the ins and outs of the business, this is your opportunity to join a multicultural and dynamic team that works tirelessly to provide the best and most innovative business solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the information we receive in our briefs

• Provide professional support for billing processes in close collaboration with our central services department

• Project monitoring and process verification

• Collaborate with our suppliers to ensure the best service standards

• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders

• Provide support in information processing and reporting
• Monitor internal initiatives

Key Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

• Completed Vocational Education and Training (FP), Intermediate or higher degree, university or master's studies in the last 3 years and want to put into practice and build further o what you have learnt
• Fluency in English and any of the following languages (Dutch, any of Nordics, German)
• Interest and passion to develop a career in Trade Marketing Services / Production
• Knowledge of printed media, materials, point of sale material, signage, etc.

• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a passion for learning
• Ability to work collaboratively in a highly team-work focused environment
• Ability to learn processes quickly and understand complex business environments and work dynamics
• Having a solution-oriented mindset and ‘can-do’ attitude
