Purpose of the role:

The Marketing Executive is a key member of the sales and marketing team, providing support for new business initiatives and generating content for our marketing channels. The Marketing Executive will also provide administrative support for the marketing and sales teams, and manage our brands assets so that the business is equipped to sell our services.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business support

  • Support the work of the sales team with provision of related information and assets
  • Provision of support notes/background research for new opportunities and pitches as required
Social strategy involvement and support

  • Implement social media strategy with support from the Head of Content and global content teams to grow reach and engagement
  • Manage the social channels for Indicia Worldwide. Create and curate engaging content with regular, consistent posts according to strategy
  • Proactively generate social content and spend dedicated hours to outreach each week
  • Reporting across all channels, using monitoring and listening platforms supplied
Marketing and PR

  • Take ownership of CMS facility for the agency website, adding and editing regular engaging content, for all markets
  • Be the global point of contact for all stakeholders needing web support for
  • Be proactive in generating and contributing ideas for fresh, engaging content for all Indicia Worldwide digital platforms.
  • Maintain an awards and news hook calendar and manage production of awards entries

Key Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Content production skills – command of the English language and an understanding of good writing
  • Ability to form strong relationships with colleagues
  • Highly organised. Demonstrating a strong ability to plan ahead and prioritise workloads
  • Comfortable with the key Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Tech savvy – see and appreciate opportunities that new technology offers
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing
  • Ability to work with multiple projects, maintaining delivering on time and within budget
  • An interest in customer behaviour, brands and engagement

  • Website CMS experience (HubSpot, WordPress or equivalent)
  • Design and/or video asset creation experience (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro or equivalent)
