Purpose of the role:
Working on some of the world’s largest brands, your graphics-based digital designs will be implemented across multiple consumer touchpoints, both in and outside of stores.
As an experienced Digital Designer, you will bring to the role a committed and dedicated can-do attitude. You are a fast worker with expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud applications and other design software. You also have a sharp eye for details and are very particular about demonstrating the fullest understanding of graphic design, typography and digital standards in order to execute projects of all sizes, and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication. You will also have a keen sense of scale and working to client brand guidelines.
Working closely with the client to be the executor of new and adaptation artworks derived from master key visuals - you will generate new and adapted designs. You will be the key team member whose meticulousness creates the highest quality consumer focused designs that translate to excellent, error-free final designs ready

+ Uphold best practice of agreed processes, systems and technologies to facilitate delivery of top-notch work
+ Execution, development and production of existing concepts to provide complete deliverables
+ Ensure quality, creating standards and prepare deliverables for handoff to developers, etc.
+ Create layouts by exploring appropriate design principles such as colour, typography, and photographic selection for the brand, organizing elements and usability
+ Provide rationale for design choices; assure design meets business objectives including cost and production/development considerations as stated in creative brief
+ Create storyboards for animations (identifying the range of assets to be used, the story to be told, etc.)
+ Develop ideas based on criteria in creative brief; presenting them with a clear and considered rationale to senior leadership and to clients
+ Develop style of the presentation for existing concepts/directions; determine the best format to execute ideas
+ Evaluate the brand’s visual language (colour palette, logo, font, etc) across a range of media (may include print, online marketing, Web site, packaging, etc.) with little guidance and oversight
+ Document stylistic rules appropriate for the brand and the audience of the medium with oversight including colour palette, typography and logo guidelines
+ Keeping fully up to date with industry trends
+ Collaborating across the agency to drive up standards of digital creativity
+ Receive job briefs from the Studio Manager and/or the Client directly
+ Collaborating with the other members of the studio team to enable on-time delivery of work
+ Liaising with all required internal/external resource and suppliers where appropriate
+ Work on adaptation/transcreation design and artworks, including but not limited to POS, signage, consumer brochures/catalogues, direct marketing, etc., and digital work including display ads, banner advertising and digital mailers, EDMs, etc
+ Ensure design and final artwork adhere to Client’s brand guidelines, achieve the highest standard of graphic design and production quality
Key Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
Minimum 8-10 years industry experience
Strong understanding of the following applications:
+ Adobe Creative Cloud suite
+ After Effects
+ Acrobat Professional
+ HTML5 Downward Coding
+ Microsoft Office
